Delete Account Request

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: open the Profile tab and choose "Delete account". This removes your account and its cloud data immediately.

If you can no longer access the app, use this form to request manual deletion of your Gem Studio account. After you submit the form, your email app will open with a pre-filled message to our support inbox.

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
