Delete Account Request

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: open the Profile tab and choose "Delete account". This removes your account and its cloud data immediately.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription or free trial. To stop being charged, cancel it before you delete your account: in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or, on iPhone and iPad, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

If you can no longer access the app, use this form to request manual deletion of your Gem Studio account. After you submit the form, your email app will open with a pre-filled message to our support inbox.

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
